Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Bchip XG car volume.

1. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.090% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol leveling up to approximately 100 meters on the roads front of the Paris Bab, located in Yangsan-dong, Yangsan-si, without a driver’s license, at around 03:30 on June 19, 2015.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by providing C’s resident registration number, which is the seat of the Defendant, who was sent to the scene due to a traffic accident, to the police officer who was requested to produce an identification card at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1) and used the other person’s resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant prepared a private document forgery and the uttering of the above investigation document on the ground of paragraph 1, and presented it to the police officer who did not know the fact that the above private document was duly formed, stating “C” in the letter of voluntary consent to accompanying the Defendant who requested the Defendant to sign (c) for the purpose of the investigation of the case, the letter of promise to attend the investigation of the case, the driver detection report, the driver detection report at the State, and the letter of voluntary consent to accompanying the police (c) and forged the above private document, which is a private document to prove the fact, and used it.

4. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place as provided in paragraph (1).
