A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Plele vehicle.

On April 16, 2014, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle and proceeded along the four-lane road at a point of 36.4km away from the Dong-dong Highway, Dong-gu, Suwon-gu, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the duty of Jeonju City, while neglecting the duty of Jeonju City on the side of Incheon; (b) thereby receiving the back part of the back part on the right side of the victim C(29 years old) driving of the same lane from the same lane.

The punishment as ordered shall be determined in consideration of all the sentencing conditions, such as the basic area (from August to June), special prisons (no person; hereinafter no person shall be punished after a traffic accident) and the records of the same crime.
