Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant operated a ESF rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license, and moved to the intersection in front of the e-mail in the e-mail-dong in Kimcheon-si from the place where the vehicle is permanently set up to Kimcheon-si, the Defendant received the even parts of the e-M5 vehicle driving in front of the right side of the ES5 car of the victim D(31 years old) who was going to the left left at the opposite lane due to the occupational negligence, in violation of the vehicle stop signal without a driver’s license, from the opposite direction to the right side of the ESF rocketing or other car.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of the victim’s treatment for about three weeks due to occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
