The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years and six months of imprisonment.

The defendant shall be 40 hours.

It is unfair that the punishment sentenced by the court below (one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

Judgment

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, committed several assaults to the Defendant’s house that make it difficult for the Defendant to capture his body, and led to the injury of the victim by committing rape. During that process, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s booms; (b) committed considerable physical violence; (c) obstructed the victim’s bucks; and (d) obstructed the bucks; and (c) taken the victim’s sexual organ into the same image; (d) taken the victim’s sexual organ inserted into the victim’s sound book using a mobile phone; and (e) taken the victim’s sexual organ into the same image; and (e) detained the victim until the police officer is called upon receiving a report, upon the victim’s request; and (e) taken the victim’s physical violence.

In addition, the defendant found the victim G's house, opened a window in the corridor and opened the door, sealed the visit, and damaged the victim's face at the same time.

The crimes of these defendants are not good in light of the contents, motive and background of the crimes, the degree of damage suffered by the victims, etc.

The Defendant, immediately after raped the victim B, referring to the purport that the police officer made a false report to the neighbors of the female, and caused the second injury to the female victim by getting the victim to think of suicide after leaving the workplace.

In addition, the defendant is not very good to the circumstances in the trial process, such as the defendant's request for a dynamic sexual relationship due to the drugs in which the victim B was sexually born or taken in the court below, and the defendant was not raped by him, or the investigation agency claimed that he was a biased and illegal investigation.

In this respect, it is inevitable to sentence the defendant as a penalty corresponding to the criminal liability.
