Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intimidation Defendant was in contact with the victim C (V, 15 years old) and SNS D.

At around 00:00 on August 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) collected the victim’s body pictures, etc. taken by the victim from his chests or clothes to D account before he unilaterally obstructed the Defendant on the SNS; and (b) made the victim’s contact with SNS to share the above pictures and block unilaterally contact with him; (c) in relation to “I wished to move to the SNS, if I want to move to the Republic of Korea, or if I want to move to the Republic of Korea, I would like to answer, if I want to move to move to it, I would like to know whether I want to move to it, or if I want to move to move to it later, I would like to know about how I would come to go in the future.

Accordingly, the defendant has reached the victim with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.
