Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on February 7, 2013, the Defendant, as a holder of BP motor vehicle, subject to mandatory insurance, operated the said motor vehicle without purchasing mandatory insurance prior to the frequency of the sea of prisoners of war at Busan Metropolitan Government Office of Maritime Affairs and Daegu, Busan.
