Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is a holder of B rocketing motor vehicle and has not subscribed to mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on October 16, 2012, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance for the said motor vehicle, and operated the said motor vehicle at the same intersection of the Dongcheonbuk-dong Incheon, Dong-dong, Incheon, Dong-dong.
