1. Basic facts
A. Defendant Incorporated Incorporated Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) as the parties to the dispute is a company that engages in the business of building and selling “G electric source housing complex” (hereinafter “electric source housing complex”) in a single unit, such as 1,791 square meters in total area of 1,791 square meters in Gyeonggi-si E (hereinafter “E”), and Defendant C, as the auditor of Defendant B, is a person who operates Defendant B, together with Defendant B, with one of the co-representative directors of Defendant B.
As seen below, the Plaintiff is a person who purchased D large scale 661 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from Defendant B, which is the land located in the said electric power resource housing complex.
B. On April 3, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with Defendant B to purchase approximately KRW 230 square meters (760 square meters) out of KRW 1,791 square meters (hereinafter “the first sales contract”) out of KRW 235,000,000 for the purpose of constructing electric housing (hereinafter “the first sales contract”).

6) According to the contract with the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff and Defendant B are liable to compensate the Plaintiff for the damages incurred to the Plaintiff on April 25, 2012 when the instant land was divided into KRW 15,791 square meters prior to the completion of the registration of partition, and KRW 230 square meters, including the 15% of the road shares. ④ A sales contract as modified by the parcel number as at the time of completion of the registration of partition, shall be attached to the sales contract.
