1. Basic facts

B. On February 3, 2013, Plaintiff J, L, K, C, and I, the member representatives of the instant association (which appears to be the executive partner) of the instant association, concluded a construction contract (hereinafter “the instant construction contract”) with the Defendant and Q Q and one parcel of land (which appears to be PP land), on the basis of the construction cost of KRW 740 million (excluding value-added tax, KRW 340 million for the first and second construction cost, KRW 40 million for the second construction cost).

The main contents of the instant construction contract are as follows.
