Defendant
A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for ten months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the head of the branch office of the National Cargo Association G branch (hereinafter “instant branch”); Defendant B is the head of the branch office of the said branch office (hereinafter “instant branch”); Defendant C is the member of the instant branch office.
I Company changed the shipping business of the JB, which was directed to (main) JBS as of August 1, 2007, to the (main) central freezing. A.
