1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 19, 1988, H-gun H-gun was divided into 442 square meters (1,461 square meters) and on September 3, 1992, J-si was divided into 688 square meters from H land and the area of the said H-land became 298 square meters.

After that, the above H land became a 298 square meters in Gyeong-si, K-si (hereinafter referred to as "K land before division") after the process of changing the administrative district.

B. Around April 4, 1988, K’s land was jointly owned by 9 Defendant B, etc., as indicated below, and thereafter, the period during which the ownership of the said land was changed is as listed below.

C. On December 11, 2014, K land before subdivision was subdivided into the land indicated in [Attachment 1] No. 1 and 2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendants, who were the owners of the instant land, filed a registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the termination of mutual title trust on December 6, 2015, with Defendant B, for each of the respective shares on January 6, 2015.

Accordingly, the land of this case is currently owned by Defendant B solely, and the land of this case is owned by Defendant B 90/407, Defendant C 31/407, Defendant D 177.5/407, Defendant E’s 31/407, Defendant F’s 46.5/407, and Defendant G 31/407.

Meanwhile, there are three-story housing and neighborhood living facilities, which are an aggregate building, on the ground of Q 196 square meters in the vicinity of the instant land 1 and 2, and 4 households, among the six households of the said aggregate building, including 101, 102, 202 and 302, among the six households of the said aggregate building, including R from 193 to 193, 201 and 301.
