Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant causing property damage, at the entrance of the “C” bicycle race track located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 14, 2013, at the entrance of the bicycle race track, the Defendant continued to stop the bicycle race track expenses, and caused damage to the entrance glass (a 90cm, length 180cm, length 180cm) by placing the stones around the bicycle race track at the entrance of the bicycle race track.

2. On October 13, 2013, at around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) the police officer sent to the police after having received a report on the same ground as Paragraph (1) and sent the report on the same ground, and arrested the Defendant, and thereafter resisting the police officer dispatched to the police officer in the presence of the patrol vehicle, and thereby damaging the public object so that the police officer, using two lights from the back seat of the patrol vehicle, would incur approximately KRW 5-6 repair costs.
