Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2014, the Defendant, at around 15:40 on May 2, 2014, 15:15:40, was discharged from the police station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, who was under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of the Yacheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, and was moving to B.

On May 2, 2014, at around 16:30, the Defendant arrived at the front of the zone B located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul. On May 2, 2014, the Defendant took a bath to the said D without any reason, and interfered with legitimate performance of official duties concerning the handling of reported duties, in order for the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol by the Police Officers working in the Zone B located in the Zone B, who was under duty in the Zone B, to realize the Defendant.
