A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 26, 2012, the Defendant embezzled the above vehicle worth KRW 22 million at the market price by taking out the name of the vehicle from the vehicle registration office located in the Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu and then leaving the bond company as collateral and borrowing KRW 10,500,000 to the bond company.

2. On October 17, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) “B” in the name column of the site for the vehicle transfer certificate to be exercised at the vehicle registration office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) “B” in the resident registration number column; and (c) on October 17, 2012, the Defendant forged B’s certificate of the vehicle transfer certificate in the name of B, a private document, stating the name of “B” in the transaction registration number column; and (c) on October 17, 2012, “B” in the transaction registration number column; and (d) on October 17, 2012, indicating the transferor’s name in the column, and forged B’s name in the name and duties by sealing B’s seal affixed to B.

3. At the same time as paragraph (2), the Defendant submitted a forged motor vehicle transfer certificate to the employee in charge of the transfer of the name of the motor vehicle at the vehicle registration office located in the Jung-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and exercised it.

4. On October 17, 2012, the Defendant made a false report to a public official in the register of electronic records, such as public electronic records, so that the transfer of the name of a motor vehicle can be made by means of a computerized entry into the register of motor vehicles so that the transfer of the name of a motor vehicle has been made in the register of motor vehicles in the same electronic records as the original copy of a notarial deed, even though the fact at the registration office of the motor vehicle located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant did not have been entrusted with the power to dispose of
