A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2018, the Defendant was living in Suwon-si Etel 713 with the victim D, and the Defendant was punished for dispute with the victim and had his/her own dignity.

On April 3, 2018, at around 22:30, the Defendant opened a gate in order to let the victim wait before the entrance, and let the son live in the house and intrude into the son’s residence.
