Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to newly construct structures, reclaim land, change the form and quality of land, etc. in a park area, other than a park project, shall obtain permission from a park management agency, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall not build structures, change the form and quality of land in a development-restricted area, and any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service,

Nevertheless, from around B, to March 2013, the Defendant installed a pents and plastic houses without obtaining permission from the park management authority and the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc., and changed the form and quality of the land in a forest of approximately 1,200 square meters in Gwangju-si, D, and E- 1,200 square meters, which is a preserved mountainous district, as a park area and a development-restricted zone, as a development-restricted zone.

As a result, the defendant installed a structure in a park area without obtaining permission from the park management agency, altered the form and quality of land, installed a structure in a development restriction area, changed the form and quality of land, and diverted a mountainous district in a preserved mountainous district without obtaining permission
