Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 2095] Defendants reported the network by Defendant AD as they had no special occupation or property due to friendly relationship, and Defendant A collected cash stored in a premium game machine with a cutting machine to use it for the cost of living.

Defendants in front of “AG” located in Jincheon-gun AF in the middle of August 2015, 02:00 to 03:00,00, in accordance with the foregoing conspiracys, the Defendants reported the network around the surrounding areas; and the Defendant A, in accordance with the above conspiracys, took up KRW 50,000 in cash stored in a free game machine installed by the victim AH to cut off the locks installed therein.

By theft, 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim AH was stolen.

The Defendants, together with others, stolen total of KRW 1,993,00 through 21 times from around that time to September 18, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

[2016 Highest 201 (Defendant AD)]

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the automobile to the competent authority within fifteen days;

The Defendant, around June 2015, transferred from the person under whose name the Defendant was infinitely in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, on September 13, 2005, the AJS test registered as AI on September 13, 2005 to 2.3 million won, and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

2. A thief, on September 9, 2015, the Defendant was held in custody by the voice police station due to the delinquency in the payment of a fine for negligence on and around September 9, 2015, and the front number plate of the instant stief’s first car was stolen, and the Defendant was removed from it with the front number plate of the instant stief’s vehicle in front of the construction site of the Korean Public Officials’ Education Center, which was parked on the road in front of the construction site of the Korean Public Officials’ Education Center, 780, a year from September 14, 2015.
