Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the violation of Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), and the violation of Road Traffic Act (dact-free driving) in support of the Sungnam-gu Friwon method, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 28, 2015 by the original prison on August 28, 2015.
