Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around November 30, 2017, the Defendant made a false complaint at the Defendant’s house located in Leecheon-si C and 1 Dong 304, stating that “Around October 27, 2017, a prison officer of Suwon-si D Team in the Suwon-si D Team expressed to the Defendant “E” in investigating the Defendant, and submitted it by mail to the Suwon-si District Public Prosecutor’s Office located in the Suwon-si 120 World Cup. Summary of Evidence
1.
