A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion larceny at Seoul Southern District Court, and on August 15, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the roof of a water source detention center operated on the 176-ro of Suwon-si, Suwon-si on September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (b) found one point out of the 18,520 market price on which the Defendant lost his/her name; (c) brought 1 point out of the 18,520 square meters of the knife of the knife; (d) brought 5,520 square meters of the knife to

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.

On September 12, 2017, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against D with the test color pen on the pre-purchaseed paper in the ward E room in the above Suwon detention center.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
