Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. During the process of the commission of the crime, the Simri Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H Hospital”) newly constructed a “H Hospital” on the G site in Jeju, he sold the name of the owner of the said land and the building that was newly constructed to ero (hereinafter “Ero”) due to the shortage of funds, and the “Eroi” failed to perform contractual obligations on the “Eroi”, and upon cancelling the said contract, he filed a lawsuit seeking transfer of ownership and change of the name of the owner of the said land as Jeju District Court 2009Gahap2732, while cancelling the said contract, he was willing to acquire the said land and the building that was newly constructed under the name of J (hereinafter “J”), and around March 29, 2010, he entered into a contract with the owner of the said building to obtain ownership and the name of the owner of the said building from the “Eroi” as the condition recognizing the owner of the said building, and entered into a new contract with the owner of the said building under the name of the owner of the said building.

On June 5, 2012, the defendant introduced K to I, and entered into a three-party joint business agreement. The content of the agreement was "the above site secured by K, the defendant raised additional construction fund, and the K completed construction, and then distributed earnings to I, the defendant, and the defendant and the K: 35%: 65%." On June 14, 2012 immediately thereafter, I listed the defendant as the internal director of J's internal director at the defendant's request, while preparing a power of attorney as to "J's employee reduction" for the purpose of having the defendant use the funds for joint business.
