Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) was punished against the victim B due to the fact that he/she supplied the victim B with sexual traffic women, and the fact that he/she had been released from the designation of the victim on January 13, 2015, and that the victim did not cause human trafficking, with the aim of slandering the victim, notwithstanding the absence of the victim’s human trafficking:

가. 2015. 8. 12. 경 불상지에서 피해자의 카카오 스토리에 접속하여 " 기소 중지 Bㅋㅋㅋ“, ” 니 대한민국에서 A 급 수배야. B“, ” 피하기는 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 기소 중지 Bㅋㅋ“, “B 씨 당신 대한민국에 성매매 알선으로 A 급 수 배 인데 여" 라는 글을 작성하여 게시하고,

나. 2015. 11. 1. 경 B의 지인인 C의 카카오 스토리에 접속하여 " 아 휴 쓰레기들 인신매매 술집 하는 병신들, 인신매매 잖아 ㅆ ㅍ B D" 라는 글을 작성하여 게시하였다.

As a result, the Defendant posted false comments on information and communications networks with intent to defame the victims, thereby impairing the honor of the victims.

2. For the same reasons as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) brought the victim B with respect to a religious belief; (b) was released from the authority to nominate the victim on January 13, 2015; and (c) did not cause human trafficking; and (d) notwithstanding the absence of such fact, the Defendant:

(a) around August 12, 2015, 03:23 around 03:23, to C, who is the seat of the victim, “BD now A, in turn.”

“Redirect the Kakao Stockholm Stockholm messages,” and

나. 2015. 9. 6. 경 C에게 “ 전 북 청, 인천 청 B 1 급 수배 확인, 기소 중지= 대한민국 경찰, 검찰이 요구하는 소환에 응하지 않은 대한민국 국민. 즉. 비 미국인.”, “ 기소유예가 아니라 기소 중지 해외 성매매 알선 및 방조 인터폴 1 급 인데 여 ㅎㅎ” 라는 내용의 카카오 스토리 쪽지를 전송하고,
