Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, on July 2, 2015, was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2015, and Defendant B, on February 6, 2014, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months in the same court, and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for six months in the same month, and is still under the grace period.

피고인들은 상피고인 D와 공동하여 2015. 3. 9. 21:10경 서울 노원구 E 1층에 있는 피고인 A의 집에서 함께 술을 마시던 중, 피고인의 이웃인 피해자 F(남, 67세)이 피고인 A의 집에 찾아와 피고인 A에게 자신의 집 앞에 쓰레기를 버리지 말라는 취지로 항의하자 화가 나, 피고인 A는 손으로 피해자의 손을 잡아당겨 자신의 집 안으로 끌고 들어간 후 피해자의 가슴을 발로 차고, 이에 가세하여 피고인 B는 피해자의 옆구리를 주먹으로 때리고, 상피고인 D는 피해자의 왼팔을 잡고 왼뺨을 몇 차례 때리고, 이에 피해자가 피고인들을 뿌리치고 집밖으로 도망치자 상피고인 D는 뒤쫓아 나와 피해자의 옆구리를 발로 찼다.

As a result, the Defendants assaulted the victim jointly with the above defendant D and caused the victim to be sprinked with a sponsive whole wall that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
