Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same court for the obstruction of performance of official duties and was sentenced to two years of suspension on the 13th of the same month, and is still under the grace period.

피고인은 상피고인 C, D와 공동하여 2015. 3. 9. 21:10경 서울 노원구 E, 1층에 있는 상피고인 C의 집에서 함께 술을 마시던 중, 상피고인 C의 이웃인 피해자 F(남, 67세)이 상피고인 C의 집에 찾아와 상피고인 C에게 자신의 집 앞에 쓰레기를 버리지 말라는 취지로 항의하자 화가 나, 상피고인 C는 손으로 피해자의 손을 잡아당겨 자신의 집 안으로 끌고 들어간 후 피해자의 가슴을 발로 차고, 이에 가세하여 상피고인 D는 피해자의 옆구리를 주먹으로 때리고, 피고인은 피해자의 왼팔을 잡고 왼뺨을 몇 차례 때리고, 이에 피해자가 피고인들을 뿌리치고 집밖으로 도망치자 피고인은 뒤쫓아 나와 피해자의 옆구리를 발로 찼다.
