A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) acquired one handlight scambling system (TISDT1853) at the second place of the Daejeon Probation Office located in the Daejeon Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on February 15, 2012; and (b) at the market price where a victim whose name is unknown was lost.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, embezzled it on his own idea.

2. On March 4, 2012, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a 'D’ in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and opened a 'D’ door-to-door door-to-door door-to-door door-to-door door-to-door door-to-door, and had 80 km of waste cables equivalent to KRW 2 million at the market price owned by the victim E on the second floor

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

On December 7, 2012, the Defendant stolen 458,000 won in cash owned by the victim in his/her safe, using the gap in the head of the office I’s supervision, who was employed by his/her employee for the purpose of stealing money, goods, etc. from the “Ham room” operated by the victim G in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon for the purpose of stealing money, goods, etc.

2. Occupational embezzlement;

A. B. On December 19, 2012, at around 16:40 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from theO in the operation of the Victim N in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) engaged in disguised employment with employees to deliver food costs of KRW 237,000; and (c) one delivery package store and health square, each of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market value;
