1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The network C owned a large number of lands in and around Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, E, F, G, H, H, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, S, T (hereinafter “D land”) and its surrounding areas (hereinafter “each of the instant land before the instant land substitution”).

B. On January 23, 1968, Seoul Metropolitan Government was authorized to implement a land readjustment project for U land readjustment project (hereinafter “instant project”) with respect to the project implementation zone in which the land prior to each of the instant land substitution was included.

C. On December 1974, the network C applied for the change of land substitution which included the change of land category of each of the instant land before the instant land substitution as a road with respect to each of the instant land before the instant land substitution and its surrounding land.

Plaintiff

A 201 square meters of E Miscellaneous land 201 square meters, 118 square meters of F Miscellaneous land, 118 square meters of G Miscellaneous land, 55 square meters of H Miscellaneous land, 34 square meters of J Miscellaneous land, 89 square meters of K Miscellaneous land, 26 square meters of K 49 square meters of land, Plaintiff B M 52 square meters of N Miscellaneous land, 104 square meters of N 104, 98 square meters of P 98, Q Miscellaneous land 89 square meters of R Miscellaneous land, 108 square meters of S Miscellaneous land, 91 square meters of T Miscellaneous land.

D. The net C died on January 13, 1980.

With respect to the deceased C’s inherited property, the Plaintiffs received inheritance of each of the instant land before the instant land substitution through a consultation on the division of inherited property among inheritors as follows.
