B The defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 5 million won, and the defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 500 thousand won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. On March 8, 2010, Defendant B forged private document: (a) without authority for the purpose of uttering; (b) without authority for the purpose of uttering; (c) under the title of “contract” to Defendant A; (d) the title of “A” and “A” and “B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) to enter into the contract between the imported land supplier and the E Representative F (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the supplier’s representative; and (e) promised to perform the following contractual terms on the basis of mutual trust and mutual respect; and (e) the title of “A” to make one copy of the above contractual terms using the computer; and (e) the Defendant B forged the F’s name and duty of seal imprint affixed to the F’s name and duty to affix one copy of the F’s signature signature signature signature affixed to the F’s name and duty to affix the F’s signature signature signature to the “B” name “B” and then entrusted the BF’s name and authority to the GF’s “B” name and authority without authority.

B. On June 1, 2010, Defendant B exercised the above investigation document by delivering the forged contract to the person who was unaware of the name and poor in the above court’s personnel’s name as if the above forged contract was duly concluded at the public service center of the government district court located in Dong-dong, Dong-si, Government-si.

C. Defendant B’s attempted fraud: (a) around June 1, 2010, at the public service center of the above governmental district court, Defendant B prepared a contract between the Defendant and F with respect to E-cafeteria operated by F around March 8, 2010; (b) although there was no fact that the Defendant and F entered into a contract between the Defendant and F with the imported land supplier, Defendant B submitted the forged contract.
