A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury by a deadly weapon, etc.) driving a BMW car in a state of difficulty in normal driving due to the influence of alcohol and driving it on the right-hand side through a private-distance intersection in Busan Northern-gu, without signal lights prior to the E-mail point in Busan, while driving it on the right-hand side and driving it on the f, caused an accident with a car and a contact with the said F-day driving.

The Defendant was at the victim G(23 years of age) who was in front of the said BMW car in order to keep the said BMW car from the scene during the foregoing F and Sifdo Do Do Do, to prevent the passage of the said BMW car. In order to prevent the passage of the said BMW car, the Defendant was placed before the driver’s seat of the said BM car.

The defendant, who is a dangerous object to the victim, committed an injury to the victim, such as light dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, by harming about 290 meters in the direction of the boarding school as it is in Busan Northern-gu, and harming the victim on the main roads near the I and the three-lane main roads located in the Ha in the north-gu, Busan, and then harming the victim.

2. On July 26, 2006, the Defendant is a person who has a record of having been issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on July 21, 2014, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the Busan District Court on July 21, 2014.

As the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.176% without a driver’s license for a temporary border as referred to in paragraph (1) above, he driven the said BM car at a distance equivalent to approximately 16 km from the roads in front of the Hacheon-dong, Busan, Seocheon-dong, Busan, through the Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Busan, to the roads in front of the Hacheon-dong, Hongcheon-dong, Busan, Kim Jong-do.
