Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:00 on September 10, 2017, the Defendant was driving a B Pool car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.09% from the 177 Giwon Station of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu to the 107 front road, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for approximately 250 meters.

2. The Defendant violating the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a vehicle.

On September 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 04:00, and led to the flow of the road at the front of the 177 Ethical East-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Seoul to the front of the 177 Ethical East-do.

At the time, since it is night and a lot of vehicles parked on the road A, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly conduct the front-time duty and to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the steering direction and operation devices of the vehicle in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this, while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol as stated in the preceding paragraph, and went through the victim C's DK5 si in the traffic signal line, and subsequently, was parked on the right side of the Defendant's driving seat and fences of the victim E-5 Ka parked in the direction of the Defendant's driving, and the part of the victim G's HMW 320 Ka parked in the front direction.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the damaged vehicle HW 320d 320d rolling stock to repair cost of KRW 100,000,000 for the damaged vehicle due to the above occupational negligence, and damaged the damaged vehicle to repair KRW 8,462,454.
