Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2015, at around 22:56, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.184% under the influence of alcohol from the front of the Hongcheon District Office of Education, which was located in the Redcheon-gun of Hongcheon District, Hongcheon District, Hongcheon District, to the front road of the same 1.5km house located in the same Eup/Myeon official mountain.
