Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 22:00 on February 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) brought to the left-hand turn to the 2.0-day complex while driving a NAS car without a driver’s license, driving the NAS car, leading to the right-hand distance from the right-hand side of the 2amba middle school located in the north-gu Seoul, North-gu, Gwangju, to the right-hand turn
