A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of five million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. From June 19, 2016 to September 19, 2016, the Defendant leased the first floor below the building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, after employing a female employee of sexual traffic as “D”, operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “D”. The Defendant received 100,000 won from an unspecified number of unspecified customers who found the place to receive 100,000 won as the price for sexual traffic, and caused C to do the act of similarity, such as drinking or prompt sexual intercourse with the male guest.

Accordingly, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for business from June 19, 2016 to September 19, 2016.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall install any facility in an area within 200 meters from the boundary of school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone prohibited from access by or employing juveniles under the Juvenile Protection Act;

Nevertheless, from June 19, 2016 to September 19, 2016, the Defendant operated sexual traffic facilities as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the business places located at approximately 59 meters from the F kindergarten warning area located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E at approximately 59 meters.

Accordingly, the defendant operated the facilities of establishments banned from access to juveniles under the Juvenile Protection Act in areas within 200 meters from the boundary of school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones.
