A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On February 12:50 of 2019, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded straight along with the three-lanes from the side of the Government to the accepting mountain zone of the four-lane road near D in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu. Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

In such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well in the front left and drive the brake system accurately and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle operated by the victim E (the 50-year-old) who was standing in the signal atmosphere at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle by negligence.

The Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E and the victim passenger G (24 years old) of tensions, tensions, etc. in each of the following fields: (a) the victim H (54 years old), who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, and the victim I (24 years old), with each of the injuries on the bones, tensions, etc. of the necks requiring two weeks medical treatment; and (b) at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the damaged vehicle so that the repair cost of KRW 804,078 is 80,078 and escaped without taking necessary measures.
