『2018고단7181』 피고인은 2018. 10. 5. 17:10경 인천 남동구 B에 있는 ‘C’ 앞길에서 ‘어떤 아저씨가 길에 앉아서 지나가는 사람에게 욕설을 한다’는 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천남동경찰서 D지구대 소속 경위 E에게 “야 씨발놈들아 니네 일로와”라는 등의 욕설을 하며 시비를 걸던 중 오른 주먹으로 E의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때리고, “경찰관이 좆같아서 그래, 죽었어 씹쌔끼야”라고 욕설하면서 손에 들고 있던 우산을 휘두르며 왼 주먹으로 E의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때려 폭행하였다.

1. 2018. 10. 17. 업무방해 피고인은 2018. 10. 17. 21:58경부터 같은날 22:05경 사이에 인천 남동구 F, 1층에 있는 성명불상 피해자가 운영하는 G편의점에서 소주, 맥주, 안주류를 구입하며 종업원인 H(여, 20세)에게 외상을 요구였으나 이에 응하지 않았다는 이유로 "안주면 팰 것이다."라고 말하며 H을 때릴 듯 위협하는 등 약 7분 동안 행패를 부려 위력으로 피해자의 편의점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
