A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

42,500,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the crime of acceptance of bribe at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at a female prison on February 2, 2011.

The Defendant served as a public official belonging to the cleaning administration division (C) of the City and Viewing Environment Bureau from January 1, 2004 to February 2, 2006, and as a public official at a public health clinic affiliated with the City and Do public health service office from February 3, 2006 to October 13, 2009.

around 2006, the Defendant: (a) at the Yandong Office located in Ansan-si, the business that “F had several hundred million won interest in the recycling goods selection project; (b) currently, the contract term of “G” that entered into a service contract is expected to be terminated immediately; (c) the Defendant was proposed to assist in entering into a contract for the recycling goods selection center with Ansan-si and the recycling goods selection center; and (d) received solicitation from F to enter into a service contract for the recycling goods selection center.

On June 21, 2007, the Defendant received or delivered KRW 30 million from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: H) in the name of the Defendant on June 21, 2007, as well as from December 1, 2006 to December 14, 2007, a total of KRW 42.5 million from F through 10 times, as described in the attached Table 2 through 5, 7, 9 through 12, and 16 from around December 14, 2006.

Accordingly, the defendant, taking advantage of his status as a public official in the public health service of Ansan City, received a bribe of 42.5 million won in total from F to 10 times about mediation of matters belonging to the duties of the head of the cleaning administration division of the environmental traffic station in Ansan City.
