The defendant is the representative director of C(State), D is the actual operator of D, the (State), F, and (State)G, H is the manager of D, the (State) E, the representative director of D, the (State) F, and I works as the director of J market management office as a public official of class V in local service, and is engaged in the business of leasing and collecting rent for public property in Ansan-si in the above market.
In the J market management Dong located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, a member of the J market management Dong, there is a food materials marina equivalent to 3,458 square meters which is public property in Ansan-si.
The above food materials and horses were offered to the extent that daily sales amounting to KRW 120,000,000, and (ju) 1,531,110,000 as annual rent, (ju) L was offered to KRW 1,120,00,000 as annual rent, and (ju) M was offered to the extent that (ju) E was permitted to use the above amount for three years from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013.
D and H, while running a business with permission for use of the above food materials, around June 2010, paid a service fee of 1.51,110,000 won per year during a year of 201,000,065,024 won in the name of (ju), 93,793,133 won in the name of (ju), 124,818,239 won in the name of (ju), 124,818,239 won in the name of (ju), 1,357,676,396 won in total, while requesting the management office to reduce the service fee, it was found that the request for the reduction of the service fee was not accepted and that the Defendant was aware that there were many public officials on early July 201, and provided that D would not give up the service fee to the Defendant with the intention of offering the service fee.
