A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. The Defendant, on April 11, 2018, drinked KRW 100,00 per hour at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C (V, 54 years old) located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
“Along with the normal drinking value, I would like to pay the drinking value, and ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.
However, the defendant did not have cash or credit cards or other means of payment, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price to the victim due to the lack of certain income at the time.

However, the defendant did not have the means of payment as described in the above 1, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price to the victim due to the lack of certain income.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above and taking sobry soup from the victim, i.e., e., the victim, and (b) with a total of KRW 29,000, such as 1 C, 1 C, and 1 C, and 29,000; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
3. On April 14, 2018, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) took the place in the “I” restaurant operated by the Victim H (65 tax) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) placed the victim an order for alcohol and alcohol to the victim, as if the Defendant would pay the normal drinking value.
However, in fact, the defendant does not have the means of payment as described in the above 1, and because there is no certain amount of income, it shall pay to the victim.
