Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 23:40 on December 11, 2015, the Defendant ordered the victim E, who is the head of the business office in Seocho-gu Seoul, to provide a normal drinking value. The Defendant ordered the victim E to provide alcohol and the head of the business office at the place.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he received an order of alcoholic beverage and alcohol.
