A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 24, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of blood alcohol level of 0.119% at the time of the new wall, and operated B Mt-II vehicles over about 12 km on the national highway No. 34 km from the Do front of the National Highway of the Cropic Party located in the Cropic Dogri-ri 569-9, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the 34 km of the National Highway of the Haak-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

On January 24, 201, the Defendant was in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) by driving a motor vehicle listed in paragraph (1) as it was drunk as stated in paragraph (1) as of January 24, 201, and driving the national highway No. 34 on the Dogra-ri, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. At night and its place was installed as a central separation cost, and thus, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle is prohibited from driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and is obliged to thoroughly drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident by safely driving the motor vehicle in advance. Despite the duty of care, the Defendant was negligent in driving the motor vehicle while driving the motor vehicle on the left side of the motor vehicle with the driver’s license to drive the motor vehicle more than the central line and the face of the motor vehicle on the left side of the road and caused the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle on the left side of the road.
