A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:30 on June 26, 2013, the Defendant driving a BRano Motor Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the Chin High School located in the Chinae-Eup, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the front day of the Chinri-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and the front day of the Chin-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, at around 18:30, 2013, while driving a Rano-car in front of the Crano-car in the middle of the Crri-ri, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, with no driver’s license as described in paragraph (1), and driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license as described in paragraph (1). The Defendant was negligent in failing to operate the steering and steering devices properly, and received the back portion of D C C-T 10, 100, 200, which was driven by the victim C (year 68) who was driving at the front.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim C, such as a divesal coordinate and salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E (the 77 years of age) who was accompanied by the above divesa, to approximately eight weeks of medical treatment.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes;

1. As to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Alternative Traffic Accidents, imprisonment without prison labor and without prison labor for the violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be chosen;

1. Of concurrent crimes, the accused for sentencing of Articles 37 (former part), 38 (1) 2 and 38 (2) and 50 of the Criminal Act shall be punished.
