A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that sckes installed at the construction site at night remain transit, the Defendant was carrying oil storage tanks, fuel pumps, oil straws, etc. onto the Defendant’s unclaimed vehicle loaded at the work site; and (b) stolen the transit remaining in the aforementioned sckes.

From that time to January 28, 2013, the Defendant stolen approximately 6,850 liters of light oil equivalent to the total market value of 12,119,360 won through the same method, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from that time to that time.
