A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1.7 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Seoul Eastern District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the sentence on October 17, 201, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 19, 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with C and D to purchase a psychotropic drug Metepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic Mecopic 300,000 won in total by lending KRW 70,000 from female Mecopic E, and remitted KRW 300,000 to an account used by F by using the CD at a CD at a new point in the credit of one bank located in the Eunpyeong-dong Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Since then, the Defendant got off approximately 0.4g of philophones purchased from F as above to C who had damaged the jobs in the vicinity of the car.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase 0.4g of philophones from F so that C can purchase 400,000 won of philophones.
