1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant), the Defendant A’s real estate indicated in the attached list No. 1, and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) C are attached hereto.

The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed to have been filed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff (formerly named Korea National Housing Corporation) is a government-invested institution established with the aim of contributing to the development of the national economy by promoting the improvement of national and residential life and efficient utilization of land through the construction, supply, management, etc. of housing.

B. On June 17, 2015, the Plaintiff constructed an apartment complex in the Koyang-si, and filed each registration of preservation of ownership on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, which is a rental house, among the households constituting the above apartment complex.

Since then, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with a mandatory rental period of 10 years for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet as shown below (hereinafter “each of the instant lease agreements”). Article 10(1)2 of the aforementioned lease agreement states that “A lessee may not transfer the right of lease (including sale, donation, and all other acts accompanied by the alteration of a right, but excluding inheritance) or sublet a rental house to another person, if he/she transfers the right of lease to another person or sublets the leased house in violation of the aforementioned lease agreement, the Plaintiff, a lessor, may cancel or reject each of the instant lease agreements if he/she transfers the right of lease to a third person or sublets the leased house.”

The attached Table 3 of the real estate Gg. 79,00,000 won / 50,000,000 won / the real estate G. 27, 2012. 79,000,000 won / 50,000 won / 50,000 won / 5,000,00 won listed in the attached Table 1 of the attached Table 2 of the real estate rental agreement of the relevant real estate lessee as stated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table of the monthly rent.
