The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On November 19, 2013, at around 03:45, the Defendant driven the marc vehicle with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.166% under the influence of alcohol from the front of the Guro-gu Office in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to approximately 670-1 front roads, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
