A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2015, from around 04:30 to around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) entered a restaurant operated by the victim D with the victim D with the victim D 1st floor in his/her own city for about 30 minutes; and (b) ordered food customers to take a bath; (c) continued to interfere with the victim D cafeteria’s restaurant business by talking the customers in his/her restaurant and her happiness; and (d) continued to interfere with the victim D cafeteria business.
