At around 13:30 on October 26, 2014, the Defendant discovered that the IW vehicle driven by H from the front side of the restaurant “G” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, was behind to provide a path to the vehicle in front of the restaurant, and that the Defendant intentionally concealed the Defendant’s right knee part of the vehicle following H’s front side.
