1. The Defendant’s KRW 71,144,602 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 28, 2013 to July 9, 2015.

Reasons

1. On June 1, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement”) with respect to the second 120 square meters (1,000,000 (hereinafter “security deposit”) on the north side of the second story building located in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul (60,000,000, monthly management expenses (including value-added tax), and the lease agreement with the period from June 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

The main contents of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

Article 4:In the absence of separate declaration between the two parties two months prior to the expiration of the lease term, this contract shall be deemed to be automatically extended for six months under the same conditions as this contract.

-Article 16: The lessee must, at the time of delivery, restore to its original state at the expense of the lessee if the lessor so requests.
