Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A. From around 06:00 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant, from around 06:40 to around 06:40 on the same day, recommended the Defendant to return home to hospital treatment cars after being handled in front of the “C District B” case of the Oratob and the next drinking traffic accident (e.g., drinking, 0162%).

이에 피고인 A은 약 40분가량 C지구대 안과 밖에서 온갖 폭언과 난동을 부리며 주취 소란을 피워 당시 근무 중인 피해자 경사 D이 수차례 인내하며 신속히 귀가하라고 하자 이에 불응하며 "이런 씨발 새끼, 뭘봐 씨발 새끼야" 라며 공연히 모욕을 한 것이다.

나. 경범죄처벌법위반(관공서주취소란) 위 가항과 같이 피고인은 C지구대내 경찰관들에게 지속적인 말꼬리와 "씨발 좆 같은 새끼야" 등 온갖 폭언을 하며 귀가하기를 거부하며 도로교통법(음주운전)으로 처벌받을 것에 대해 앙심을 품고 귀가치 않고 들어와 "이런 개새끼들아, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데"라며 폭언 후 자신의 오토바이를 발로 걷어차며 행패를 부리는 것을 제지 및 수차례 관공서주취소란으로 처벌받을 수 있음을 고지함에도 불구하고 약 40분 동안 귀가하지 않고 C지구대 내 및 현관문 밖에서 폭언 및 난동을 피운 것이다.
