A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 7648"

1. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a hurbed vehicle with alcohol content of 0.134% at around 23:50, while under the influence of alcohol during blood, the Defendant proceeded with approximately 1 km from the roads of the hurbing parking lot in Incheon Bupyeong-gu to the roads of the D stations located in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.134% at the time of around the day of paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said four-lane of the said gas station in front of the oil station with the said four-lane of alcohol content, thereby driving the said three-lane of the said gas station in the direction of a new distance from the direction of an entertainment distance.
