A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a C-A-burged vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.134% from the public parking lot of Mari-ri, Eup-Myeon, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, to the front road B, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.134% in blood.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in the operation of a motor vehicle with sod-lurged motor vehicle

On September 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.134% during blood transfusion on September 22:10, 2017, and transferred the two-lane roads in front B in front of Kimpo-si to the repair village at a narrow speed.
